To help our German customer stay ahead in the competitive pet food market, Darin Machinery successfully upgraded their Bicolor Dog Food Production Line, tailoring the solution to their factory layout and product specifications. Thanks to the upgraded drying technology, the product surface is smoother and more uniform, improving both appearance and shelf stability. This ensures a more premium-quality look for the bicolor dog food.
By adopting a straight-line production layout, we minimized equipment footprint and optimized factory utilization, making the production flow more efficient and maintenance more convenient.
Originally, the process required two separate machines to produce the dual-color dog food. Darin’s engineering team redesigned the system to integrate the function into a single machine, streamlining operations and reducing mechanical complexity.
The fully automated line increased production capacity from 100kg/h to 300–400kg/h, tripling the output without expanding the factory area.
With the new automation system, the labor requirement dropped from 4–5 operators to just 2–3, reducing operational costs and labor intensity while improving process reliability.
By transforming the traditional system into a high-output, space-efficient, and fully automated line, Darin has helped Fxxxxxx meet the growing demands of the European pet food market with greater efficiency and product appeal.
