The output was doubled — from 300kg/h to 600kg/h — by optimizing the extrusion and forming systems.
Instead of using 6 separate core fillers for 6 lines, the upgraded system consolidates them into a single centralized filler, ensuring consistency and ease of control.
The final product now features improved shape precision, better texture, and more uniform core distribution — boosting consumer appeal and market competitiveness.
With full process automation, the required labor was reduced from 4–5 operators to just 2–3, significantly cutting operational costs while improving safety and efficiency.
