Darin successfully completed a comprehensive upgrade of the Core-Filled Nuggets (Pillow Snacks) production line, aligning closely with the customer’s factory layout and specific product requirements. This retrofit project delivered substantial improvements in automation, productivity, product quality, and labor efficiency.

The output was doubled — from 300kg/h para 600kg/h — by optimizing the extrusion and forming systems.
Instead of using 6 separate core fillers for 6 lines, the upgraded system consolidates them into a single centralized filler, ensuring consistency and ease of control.
The final product now features improved shape precision, better texture, and more uniform core distribution — boosting consumer appeal and market competitiveness.
With full process automation, the required labor was reduced from 4–5 operators to just 2–3, significantly cutting operational costs while improving safety and efficiency.
