The upgraded system drastically reduced the number of required operators. While the previous setup needed 4–5 workers to manage feeding and supervision, the new line operates efficiently with just 1–2 personnel, significantly cutting labor costs.

By reconfiguring the drying line into a straight-line structure, Darin helped the client reclaim valuable floor space and simplify production flow. This not only enhanced overall efficiency but also created room for future capacity expansion.
3. Improved Drying Results
The drying effect was greatly optimized. With better control over temperature and airflow, the new system ensures that each dog chew product is evenly dried, resulting in a smoother and more attractive surface appearance.

One of the most notable outcomes was the increase in output. The automated process boosted production from 100 kg/h to 200–300 kg/h, meeting the client’s growing market demand while maintaining product quality.
