The upgraded drying system ensures a smoother and more consistent surface on the pet treats, enhancing their appeal and quality.
By redesigning the production flow into a straight-line layout, the factory floor space usage was significantly reduced, improving operational efficiency and ease of maintenance.
The previous setup used two separate machines for processing. Now, the system has been consolidated into a single advanced machine, streamlining the production process and lowering mechanical complexity.
Automation increased production capacity from 100 kg/h to 300–400 kg/h, tripling the output without expanding the factory footprint.
The new mold design allows for four pet treats to be produced simultaneously, further improving production speed and consistency.
Darin’s upgrade enables Fxxxxxx to produce high-quality bicolor pet treats with increased efficiency and reduced labor costs, meeting the demands of the European market.
