To meet the client’s growing market demand and improve factory efficiency, Darin Machinery successfully upgraded the Bicolor Dog Food Production Line for Fxxxxxx in Germany. The project was tailored to their factory layout and product standards, resulting in a smarter, faster, and more space-efficient production solution.

The upgraded drying system ensures that dog food pellets have a smoother, more uniform surface, improving product quality and market competitiveness.
By adopting a straight-line equipment configuration, the production layout now uses less space and simplifies material flow, increasing operational efficiency.
Previously, producing bicolor dog food required two separate machines. Darin’s engineering team integrated the process into a single, high-performance machine, reducing equipment footprint and energy consumption.
The upgraded line is now fully automated, boosting output from 100 kg/h to 300–400 kg/h—a threefold increase in capacity with improved consistency and stability.
With automation in place, the labor requirement dropped from 4–5 people to just 2–3, significantly lowering operational costs and improving workforce efficiency.
